Mathilda Weitz-Sellars Death Notices

Friday, March 31, 1916; Walla Walla Union, Death notice, page 5:

Mrs. W.R. Sellers is Dead - Mrs. W.R. Sellers, living at 1811 J. Street, died last evening at her home, she leaves three children. She had been ill about ten days, following childbirth. The husband is a carpenter.


Saturday, April 1, 1916; Walla Walla Union, Funeral notice, page 5:

Funeral Mrs. Sellers, Sunday - Mrs. Lenore Sellers, who died Thursday evening following childbirth, will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the local Adventists Church. Mrs. Sellers was the wife of W.R. Sellers, carpenter of this city, and daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Conrad Weitz, of this city. She was 24 years of age.


(Ed. Note) - This is Mathilda Weitz-Sellars, younger sister of John Conrad Weitz, Jr. She is buried in grave 8, lot 14, block 16, next to her mother-in-law, Elmina Sellars.
